Brady Pratt
Owner/Broker
A Mississippi native, Brady Pratt possesses the knowledge and expertise to ensure our agents get you the best result. For sellers, he will ensure our agents implement modern technology to ensure your home is presented to thousands of potential buyers in the market and will work hard to get you top dollar for your valuable property. For buyers, he will ensure our agents do everything possible to find the home of your dreams and negotiate endlessly on your behalf to get the best deal possible. Brady is a Marine Corps veteran and attended the University of Mississippi. He understands the importance of honesty and integrity to his clients, and he will strive to exceed your expectations.
Mary-Grace Pratt
Owner
Mary-Grace is a Mississippi native who spent the early years of her life living in several different areas throughout the United States with her parents, as her father was in the US Navy. The desert of California, Washington DC, and Jacksonville, FL were all places she called home before permanently moving back to Mississippi. While in high school in 2017, Mary-Grace completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and has taught yoga ever since. Mary-Grace attended Mississippi State University where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology and was a member of the Phi Mu sorority.
While in college, Mary-Grace worked in property acquisitions, which taught her the fundamentals of real estate investing as well as valuable communication skills. She also worked in her father’s Endodontic practice in both Tupelo and Starkville, where she managed marketing and outreach in addition to patient care. After completing her degree, Mary-Grace continued to work in real estate, business development, and property management before her and Brady opened Pratt & Associates Realty.
When Mary-Grace and Brady aren’t building the businesses, you’ll likely find her by the water, whether that be a river, lake, or ocean. She loves traveling and spending time with her husband,
Brady, and their dogs, Hank and Rosemary.
Boomer Mize
Associate Broker, Corinth
Boomer Mize has been an active member of his community for 4 years now, and has had the most exciting time turning that community focus toward real estate. With a passion for service in the Northeast Mississippi area, Boomer is ready to help with your homebuying and selling needs. As a proud member of the Pratt & Associates Realty family, Boomer carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything he does. In addition to serving his community, he also serves on the Mississippi Association of Realtors’ Member Services Committee.
When Boomer isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf with his son. Before a career in real estate, Boomer spent 8 years in education, and coaching high school football and baseball in Tennessee and Mississippi. Boomer lives in Corinth with his wife Ashley, and their two kids, Palmer and Martha.
Shelby Pratt Sparks
Agent, Corinth
Shelby Pratt Sparks, a lifelong Corinthian, loves nothing more than helping clients make Corinth and the surrounding areas the place they call home. Many locals have come to know her for playing Disney Princess characters for children and singing at various community events. With her experience in sales of both residential and commercial real estate, Shelby is so excited to be a part of the team at Pratt and Associates Realty.
With a background as a Registered Nurse and having previously worked in healthcare marketing positions, her clients are given the same level of care and attention as she seeks to negotiate a successful transition for each one. She continues to hold tight to the core values of integrity, honesty, dedication, and attention to detail that she gained working as a nurse and applies those to the work she does for each of her clients. In her free time, Shelby enjoys being actively involved in her community as a volunteer and serving as a worship leader at her church, Grace Chapel but most of all, she loves spending time with her daughter, Eleanor, her husband, Tanner, and their dog, Jack.
Diante Curlee
Agent, Corinth
Diante Curlee, a Corinth native, is excited to be a part of the team at Pratt and Associates Realty. Diante has enjoyed assisting his community and surrounding areas with their home buying and selling needs. Prior to being a realtor, he served in the military and had a professional career in accounting. In his spare time, Diante enjoys family cookouts, traveling, coaching, and attending sporting events. He currently resides in Corinth with his wife Saydreana, and their two girls, Skylar and Starr.
Paige Henry

Paige is from Ripley, Mississippi and a 2014 graduate of Pine Grove High School. For the last five years she has served in administration for the Mississippi State Department of Health. She has been married to Tyler Henry of Ripley for almost seven years now. They have one son, Riggins, and are expecting their second child this fall! She is thankful for the support of her family and lifelong friends throughout her real estate journey and she is so happy to be a part of the Pratt & Associates Realty family.
Jaycee Tutor Lancaster
Brokerage Administrator, Transaction Coordinator, Licensed Agent
Jaycee grew up in Booneville & graduated from Wheeler High School in 2017. After graduating high school, she attended NEMCC with a major in general studies. Jaycee moved to Corinth in 2015 and currently resides there with her husband, Jonathan, their daughter Meri Klare, and their Mini Goldendoodle, Penny!
Jaycee is a full time transaction coordinator for the agents, brokerage administrator, and a licensed real estate agent. She has an extensive background in retail sales & marketing. When Jaycee isn’t working, you can find her spending time with her family or traveling. Whether you’re looking to buy or sell, she’s ready & available to be your home girl.Ashley Adams
Property Management, Corinth
Ashley grew up in Corinth and attended Alcorn Central where she graduated with honors in 2016. She attended college, working toward a degree and made the decision to join the United States Marine Corps. After serving in the Marine Corps, she then returned home where she continued college and completed her Associates Degree from ICC in Fulton, MS. She was then accepted into Surgical Technology Program with Calhoun Community College in Decatur, AL. After completing the program, she moved back to her hometown, Corinth, and went to work at Magnolia Regional hospital as a surgical technologist. Then, she accepted a position with Pratt & Associates and truly loves her job and being able to help the community. Ashley plans on furthering her knowledge in the realty business. Ashley is a very outgoing, dedicated, and devoted person who loves meeting and helping her clients with available properties.
When Ashley is not working, she loves spending time with her husband, Colby, and their three beautiful daughters, Johnna, Maysie, and Oakleigh. They also have two very human dogs, Ashe and Cheeto.
Marley Collier

Marley Collier is a New Albany native and has spent her time as an agent servicing New Albany, Mississippi and surrounding areas with their real estate needs! With a deep understanding of the local market, Marley is committed to help her community and fellow neighbors navigate the real estate market with ease and confidence. When Marley isn’t assisting her clients, she enjoys slowing down and spending time with her husband Kent, and their two children, Annie and Camp. She also enjoys being active, playing pickleball with her husband, and attending church activities.

Laurie McCormick is proud to be a part of the Pratt and Associates Realty team. She majored in English at Mississippi State University and has always loved serving her community. She enjoys learning new things and meeting new people. During her own home buying experience, Laurie fell in love with the process. She has thoroughly enjoyed helping others in her community have a similar, pleasant experience by providing care and attentiveness for her clients. During her free time, Laurie loves to read and spend time with her husband, Ethan, and all of her friends and family.
Autumn Wilson

Autumn is from Pontotoc, MS and graduated from Pontotoc High School in 2020. After graduating, she moved to Ripley, MS and has lived there for 4 years. She recently graduated in May of 2023 from Northeast Mississippi Community College with a degree in drafting and she is currently continuing her education in business management with NEMCC. She married her husband Mason in August 2023 and in her free time she loves to spend time with her husband and dogs.
Haven Hildenbrand

Haven is from Belmont, MS and a 2013 Belmont high school graduate. She moved to the Tupelo area in 2020 when she married her husband, Aaron. She is a mom to two little boys, Hardin and Haynes. You may also know her as “Balloon Haven”, a successful small business she started in the fall of 2020. Haven is a dedicated business woman who knows the importance in marketing, networking, and creating long lasting relationships among the community and her clientele. She is excited to join Pratt & Associates Realty and bring her knowledge and expertise to the real estate world.
